Because swimwear is considered intimate apparel, returns and exchanges may be limited for hygiene reasons.
To be eligible for review, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned with all original tags, packaging, and hygiene liners attached. Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, stains, odors, or removed hygiene liners may not be accepted.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us at info@palmswm.shop within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review your request.
Return eligibility depends on the item condition, product type, and timing of the request. Some items may be final sale.
