Due to the nature of our products, all swimwear items are considered intimate apparel. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or you received the wrong item.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@palmswm.shop and we’ll make it right.
